I will stamp all over 'legitimate fighter' Jake Paul - Joshua
The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the combatants met personally to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Former two-time unified title holder Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's my intention."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Fury - and declined a ÂŁ1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.

Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.

Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.

The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly under discussion for 2026.
